"Bear complex"
for time
perform 5 rounds of 7 sets (complex) of the following sequence
power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
back push press
rules:
- bar must touch the ground each sequence but you cannot rest on the ground until the set ends.
- rest as needed between sets
- you must power clean the bar to full standing before squatting the weight.
- dead lift to hang power clean is allowed.
- you can add weight between sets
