Tuesday wod 20150618


"Bear complex"


for time
perform 5 rounds of 7 sets (complex) of the following sequence
power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
back push press

rules:
  • bar must touch the ground each sequence but you cannot rest on the ground until the set ends.
  • rest as needed between sets
  • you must power clean the bar to full standing before squatting the weight.
  • dead lift to hang power clean is allowed.
  • you can add weight between sets
