Deadlift - perform reps in 7 minutes as followed:
50 reps with 80/60kg
50 reps with 90/65kg
amrap in the remaining time with 100/70kg

rest 3 minutes

H.P. clean - perform reps in 7 minutes as followed:
50 reps with 50/35kg
50 reps with 60/40kg
amrap in the remaining time with 70/45kg

rest 3 minutes

Thrusters - perform reps in 7 minutes as followed:
50 reps with 30/15kg
50 reps with 40/25kg
amrap in the remaining time with 50/30kg
