האימון היומי - יום ראשון 20.9.15


wu:

5 minutes - jump rope (workon DU)
then:
2 rounds (not for time) of:
hollow hold *30 sec
superman hold * 30 sec
walking lunge *5 (each leg)
wall walk *3

skill: handstand

1. hanstand on wall - up on the wall with control
2. handstand with partner

metcon:

emom 10 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squat

* the goal is to finish set of triplet within 30-45 sec and maintain pace the whole 10 minutes.
* if an athlete didn't finish set in the 1 minute mark, keep AMRAP for the rest of the 10 minutes.
