strength:

Deadlift (4×12 (Every 3 mins))

Bench Press (4×12 (Every 3 mins))

metcon:

in teams of 3 - one working at a time
AMRAP 15 minutes:
5 atlas to shoulder
10m atlas carry
5 atlas front squat

* a and b athletes standing behind atlas and athlete c standing 10m ahead.
* athlete a complete 1 round then athlete c goes then athlete b goes etc.
