Bench Press x 4-6 reps
Rest 60-90 seconds
Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 8-10 reps each arm
Rest 60-90 seconds
B.
Every 2 minutes for 24 minutes:
station 1 - Tire flip
station 2 - wallball Sit-ups
station 3 - Deadlift Hold 100/70 kg (Fatbar if possible)
station 4 - Hold on rings
*on Each Station perform as many reps as possible in 90 seconds - rest 30 and forword to next station
