Amrap 2 minutes on - 1 minute off + switch Stations of:
Station 1 - Cal Row
Station 2 - Tire Flips
Station 3 - Atlas To Shoulder
Station 4 - Farmer Carry (if raining - Farmer Box Step-Ups)
Station 5 - Double KB OHS
