As Many Reps As Possible in 01:30 minutes (Rest 00:30 seconds and switch stations) for 40 minutes (for total of 5 rounds):
Station 1 - Atlas To Shoulder + Squat With Atlas On Shoulder
Station 2 - Russian KBS (AHAP)
Station 3 - Hammer Slams
Sation 4 - Tire Flip
