Skill - Work Up to 5 RM Snatch


B.

Partner WOD - Amrap 30 minutes of:

15 Wall Ball Shots
10 Toes to Bar
5 Snatch (90% of achieved weight in part A)

(Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at a time. Thus, A does WB, B does T2B, A does Snatchs, B does WB... – and so on for 30 minutes.)
