Shoulder Press x 6-8 reps + 5 reversed Snow angel

B.

in Teams of two (one working at a time - Partners alternating tasks)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
10 Strict Pull-Ups (scale: with band \ ring rows)
20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (AHAP for 20 reps)
