A.

4 Supersets of:

5 Dumbbell\Small Plates Flys + 8 Bench Press @ 50-65%

(use lightweight for the flys)
1-2 minutes rest between sets.

B.

in Team of two - For time:

400m Partner Carry

then,

5 Rounds of:
Partner  A does 50m Farmer Carry
Partner B does Hammer Slams until Partner A returns and then they Switch
(every partner does 5 rounds of Farmer Carry and hammer slams)

Then,

400m Partner Carry
