A.

Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):

Push Jerk x 3 reps (work in teams of 2\3)
Start at 65% and add load each set till you get to a heavy triple for today


B.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

6 Ground to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
9 Double KB\DB Shoulder press (pair of 12-15/8-10kg)
12 Diamond Push-ups
