A.

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

20 Walking Lunges (32/24 kg KB on one of the shoulders)

B.

Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):

Bench Press x 4-6 reps (Same weight fot all sets - 70%-80%)

C.

in pairs:

For total of 8 minutes - 20 secs "on" (all out!!!) - 40 secs "off" (8 sets):

Sprint in place with resistance band

* at 0:00 A sprints till 0:20, B Sprints From 0:30 till 0:50 Then A sprints from 1:00-1:20...
