Partner Strongman WOD - in team of 3
Amrap 20 minutes of:
Station A - 50m Front Rack Double KB Carry 2*24/16 kg (or any weight on chest such as Plate \ DB \ Atlas or even a small person)
Station B - Standing Barbell Russian Twist (empty bar)
Station C - Medball Slams 10/6 kg
As the athlete in Station A perform the KB carry, the other two teamates do as many reps as possible each in his station. when athlete in station A returns, athletes rotate stations.
