odd - L-sit DB Press x 6-8 reps
even - Strict Pull-ups on rings x 3-5 reps (Inverted ring rows if u aint got pull-ups)

B.
As Many Reps As Possible in 2 minutes of:
D.U.

rest 1 minute, then;

As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 minutes of:
10 KB Clean&Jerk (5 Right arm 5 Left arm )
15 Box Jump
20 Slam Ball
