Core Strength-
every 2 minutes for 18 minutes:
1. 2 x TGU (Each Hande)
2. 45 sec Reverse Chinese Plank
3. 5 x Wall Walk

B.
Metcon-
in teams of two - for time (UGIG):
100 D.U. (split reps as you like)
90 back extansion (Switch every 15 reps)
80 wheel barrel steps (switch every 10 steps)
70 rotational throws (switch sides after 35 reps)
60 leg throw (Switch every 10 reps)
50 crawl under, jump over (switch every 5 reps)
