C. 3 sets of MAX Strict Pull-ups Unbroken (rest 2 minutes between)

A.
Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
3-Position Snatch
(high hang, hang, then 2″ below the knee – pause for 2 seconds in each starting position)

Build over the course of the six sets.

B.
In Teams Of Two (alternating tasks) - complete 10 Rounds of:
40 Double-Unders
10 Ground to Overhead (155/105 lbs)
20 Pull-Ups
