A. Shoulder press - 5@65% ,5@75% ,5+@85%
B. BBB- Shoulder Press 5 x 10@45%
C. Shoulder Lateral Raise 4 x 8 reps

A.
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:
5-5-3-3-1-1 reps - Deadlift
* add load each set 
(first set do 5 reps, second set do 5 with more weight, third set do 3 reps with more weight… last set should by close to RM1)

B.
Skill work on HSPU. Then,

5 Rounds of:
5 HSPU
10 K2E
15 box jump over
