Skill work on kipping pull-ups

A.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Box Jump
10 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Pull-ups

B.
Emom 12 minutes (2 sets of each):
Station 1 – 8 x Reverse Snow Angels (slow & controlled)
Station 2 – 45 seconds of Side-Plank Hold (Left Side)
Station 3 – 5 x Plate External Rotations
Station 4 – 45 seconds of Side-Plank Hold (Right Side)
